Explore the amazing old fishing town of Kaş

Kaş is an amazing old fishing town with an array of Roman architecture, tombs, amphitheatre and historical sites. Peppered with welcoming bars, restaurants, quirky shops, ‘genuine fake’ goods, handbags and watches.

The locals love to haggle despite their claims of selling everything at cost price and having 12 children to feed they never take offence so do your best and remember to say ‘para yok’ during the negotiations, it means i have little money and will get you a smile. If it’s their first transaction of the day it’s good luck to make a sale happen so a good time to shop. Quiet often you will see the traders rub the money on their face – an age old tradition to bring a prosperous day ahead.
